Hello, first thank you for visiting the site. Let me tell you about what Clockwork policy lab is all about. The idea is based on my professional experience of working in the fields of development policy, public sector management, local governance, and policy delivery. My experience has been based on practical knowledge and engagement with complex policy dynamics in different contexts. There is always a gap in policy formulation and its delivery, though a lot of care taken in designing process but as situations and contexts evolve, we see a gap appearing in the policy and its delivery. The linear approach adopted is non elastic and incapable of considering the emerging contextual forces which strain the delivery process, resulting in failure or non-achievement of the goals, outcomes, and results.
